When shopping online with Zombie.ltd we want to make sure that you feel you can do so securely. Security and trust is key to keeping our customers satisfied. Some of our customers may feel uncomfortable disclosing payment information to a new company with an unknown brand name. This is why we use two of the most trusted financial third parties to process your payment so you can have the utmost confidence in your secure shopping environment. We will not need to keep your debit or credit card information. Zombie Ltd will only hold your order and address information.

On reaching the checkout stage after adding items to your shopping cart, you can select to pay securely in one of two ways:.

(1) Paypal – With PayPal you can shop with complete peace of mind. With over 200 million users it is one of the world’s leading and most trusted online payment systems. PayPal Buyer Protection can cover your eligible purchases if they don’t show up or match their description. Using Paypal as your payment method means Zombie have no need to access any of your financial information. Select ‘PayPal’ at the checkout and order away! If you are new to this method of payment then it is free to set up an account through Zombie. You can then use this to purchase items from millions of other online retailers. You can also use it to safely make purchases using Credit and Debit cards.

(2) Stripe – Stripe is increasingly being seen as the best way to accept payments online. Although some people may never have heard of it, they now process billions of dollars a year for thousands of businesses, from newly-launched start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Web and mobile businesses around the world using Stripe include Twitter, Kickstarter, Shopify, Salesforce and Lyft. Investors include PayPal co-founders Peter Thiel, Max Levchin and Elon Musk.

Using Stripe as your credit or debit card payment again means Zombie Ltd do not need to access or view any of your card details. Strip is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider so you know you can shop safely with Zombie Ltd.

Zombie Ltd is also SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificated.

Cookie Placement

Like most other commercial sites, Zombie use a standard technology called ‘cookies’ to collect information about how our site is used. Cookies were designed to help a website operator determine that a particular user had visited the site previously and thus save and remember any preferences that may have been set. We may use cookies to keep track of information about your current web browsing session which will be discarded as soon as you log out or close your web browser. This information also allows us to statistically monitor how many people are using our site and for what purpose. We may also make use of ‘persistent or memory based’ cookies, which remain on your computer’s hard drive until you delete them. For example one use of these cookies is to pre-populate forms you complete on our website based on information you have previously provided to us. Although you have the ability to modify your browser to either accept all cookies, notify you when a cookie is sent, or reject all cookies, it may not be possible to utilise our services if you reject cookies.

Zombie Ltd uses the services of Google Analytics, and may use other similar services, to collect and analyse statistical data about visitors to our website. These services do not collect personally identifiable information. You may elect to opt out of the use of non-personally identifiable data by Google Analytics by downloading and installing an add-on to your web browser.

How We Protect Information Online

Zombie Ltd exercises great care to protect your personal information. This includes, among other things, using industry standard techniques such as firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to use or receive from us. This is especially true for information you transmit to us via email since we have no way of protecting that information until it reaches us since email does not have the security features that are built into our website.

In addition, we limit Zombie Ltd’s employees and contractors’ access to personal information. Only those employees and contractors with a business reason to know have access to this information. We educate our employees about the importance of maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

We review our security arrangements from time to time as we deem appropriate.

How can you help protect your information?

If you are using our Zombie Ltd website for which you registered and choose a password, we recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or email. Also remember to sign out of the Zombie Ltd website and close your browser window when you have finished using the site. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information if others have access to your computer.
